While installing toolschain i am getting some if anybody has any idea please share>

While booting from SD Card i am getting following error.
In RB-A5D2x

How to flash Uboot.in in rb board without using SD card? And which file need to copy in RB board and where (in which directory of rb Board)

If i do any changes in driver in how i should compile?Is there any script for kernel compilation in RB .And after that how we can flash.
