I purchased RB ADC/RTD Shield 1A... How to communicate with RB-A5D2x board ?

I am trying to use 4G modem(EC20).. It is detecting but some config file is missing..

I have prepared SD card for booting but it is not working... Everytime it is booting from ROM only.
